Noodles and Company

Ordered online on a Monday night. Arrived at the estimated time it would be done. When I arrived it was busy, and I knew I might have to wait. I asked about my order and they stated they were waiting on one item. 45 minutes goes by, as I politely wait. They clear out all other waiting customers and ask me what I want to substitute my pad Thai for. The one item I was waiting on they didn't even have the ingredients for. But waited to tell me for 45 minutes..... asked for a refund, well see if they can do that successfully....

They had a busy rush on a Sunday night for to go orders & the manager (I’m assuming, it was the one with the black shirt) kept every calm & asked every single person who was waiting for their order, what their name was & told them how long it would be. She was very attentive & acted well under high pressure. Coming from a former Noodles & Co worker from the Deerfield store in Mason, I commend her & how she handled everything.

My daughter and I had lunch there today. I needed to use the bathroom and to my surprise BOTH bathrooms were labeled gender neutral. I understand the need to include everyone but that should ALSO include my children and I. We are female and deserve privacy. I will NEVER spend another penny in this place! I would give negative stars if possible????
