Noodles and Company

I love other locations of Noodles, but this one is by far the worst in the area. We came by today (Sunday) around 1:30 and it was closed (hours were supposedly 11-9). I cannot find anything that would have indicated online that they would have been closed. What is going on??

Gave me spicy Korean noodles instead of Japanese pan noodles, my kid flipped bc the Korean dish is spicy and ate a big bite before she realized what it was. Got it takeout and no time to drive the 15 mins back to deal with it. Also paid for the beef to added, and my kid did not get my "Where's the beef" comment -- but there was hardly any. We were shopping in Apex had a taste for Noodles and Co since the ones up near our home have closed (Parkwest and Parkside). Safe to say we will not make this mistake again, and reminded me of why the other 2 spots went out of business...

I would give you a zero but it’s not an option. I’m so disappointed in your service that I would never return to this location. Honestly, you knew when you packaged my order that it was burnt and yet instead of remaking it you bagged it up and sent me on my way. Thanks!!! I work two jobs and this was supposed to be my dinner. I guess I’ll eat at 11 pm when I get home ????
