Carrabba's Italian Grill

My wife and I eat out a lot, Almost every meal. Upon moving here we noticed how bad the hospitality industry is and have had horrible experiences almost everywhere. There just seems to be no urgency, work ethics, attention to detail, passion, or steps of hospitality service. People I mention it to who are l from here tell me it’s just the way it is here. Unacceptable Wendy was a breath of fresh air. 5 stars in her personality, greet, communication, suggestive selling, menu knowledge, and execution. She was extremely busy and still managed to give us a great experience. Stephanie the manager was also extremely attentive, always visible, helpful, and kind. Our last visit here was horrible and we decided to give it a 2nd chance and glad we did. Even the hosts upon walking in had smiles, welcoming, and professional. Wendy you rock. I just had a really enjoyable at Carrabba's Italian Grill! It was a superior choice - salmon, so fresh, but the pasta and meatballs were also amazing. Meatballs were high quality meat, with no fillers, as in other places. Service was pleasant and they were so attentive!

Our first time to dine in here and the place is clean and the foods are great. But when we are there the food took a lot of time because of the pick up orders but then the host “Kit” was so nice and accommodating and he gave us a compliments of desserts. It was indeed a very good experience. And we are surely come back but i hope they will prioritize the customers inside. Thank you.
