My family and I came here for dinner yesterday. We were craving Asian food and didn’t want to drive across town for a bowl of noodles. The interior of the restaurant is simple yet elegant with hints of Asian inspired decorations. There is an outdoor seating area which is perfect for those warm summer nights. We started with nem cuon as an appetizer. It is grilled pork with pickled vegetables, and lettuce wrapped in rice paper. Tamarind prawns! This dish was full of flavor. I love how the sauce sticks to the prawns and melt in my mouth with every bite. Highly recommended with a side of white rice. I know the restaurant is called Noodle Boss, but they might want to change it to Noodle and Bo Luc Lac Boss. The dish was amazing with the perfect balance of flavor and the meat was so tender. There were so many options to choose for the main entree. The Noodle Boss recommended Bun Bo Hue (BBH) with beef rib. I was a little skeptical because I haven’t had good BBH for about 20 years.
