I was craving for Hainan chicken and I came to this place. Nothing was right about the Hainan chicken. The chicken was overcooked. the sauce is not right. Disappointed. But the mango sticky rice was good. Just a little too hot for dessert. I guess I came right when they open and they didn't have time to chill the rice. … More
Pretty good food. My favorite of the evening was the Veggie Pineapple Fried Rice, which was cool since it was served in a pineapple. The Roti Prata appetizer was great, super crunchy, flaky, and crispy, and paired well with the provided sauce. Veggie Pahd Thai was pretty standard, nothing outstanding there. For dessert, the Deep Fried Mango Ice Cream is a must-have. I liked that one much more than the Kuih Seri Muka, although the black sticky rice was nice and sweet.
Had a good time at this restaurant. Good service and friendly staff and food was good. Never knew celery is part of the Malaysian cuisine. They had used it very well. There were big cauliflower pieces which were not cooked very well. I am not sure if I recommend any dish that I ate, As I have mixed opinion about the dishes I tried and have not had Malaysian cuisine before. But if you are open to exploring I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant. The ice cream with fried banana was amazing.
