Munchies Pizza & Wings

No STARS...I order a Pizza and Wings that took an hour 1/2. When I called to check on my order, the driver was at the wrong house. My pizza was delivered cold and I was told the driver would pick it up and bring me a new fresh pizza. The driver shared that it didn't make sense he should have been able to bring a new pizza then pick up the old pizza! We'll I received the same pizza that was just warmed up and now hard. When I went up the Muchies they refused to give me a refund for the pizza, I was offered 20% off my next purchase, which I declined. So I was told they would just remake my pizza to look up and see two Police Officers. I shared with the Officers what took place and they asked how were they going to make it right for me! One of the employees said their boss told them not to remake the pizza. The Officers asked why did they have her waiting and told them that was bad customer service and they should make it right by refunding my money, which they didn't do neither. I will n

Very unhappy with this store in particular. Giving 2 stars because the wings are "ok". However, I opted to try and save some $$ by not getting my wings delivered, just to have them still charge me $18 for 10 wings. First of all I ordered online and nowhere does it say that a "mixed sauce" is extra. Lists off a bunch of other items that cost extra but not this particular thing. When I got there to pay and asked why it was so much more than just the $13.99 like I was quoted online, she said because the mixed sauce was extra and to use a card was extra. Mind you she did NOT inform me ahead of paying that it costs extra to use a card because had she told me, I would have paid cash. Very upset with this facility. I will NOT be a returning customer.

We were very disappointed in the vegetable pizza that we ordered, it wasn't made correctly, it appeared to be undercooked and was nasty even after reheating. Wasn't worth the money we paid for it. The baked ziti and garlic knots were ok. Food : 3/5 … More
