Domino's Pizza

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pizza at 6:59. Did not receive the pizza until 8:52 and it was STONE COLD! I tried to cancel the order but I couldn’t get anyone on the phone?!!!! Because who waits that long for a delivery?! I could have gone to the grocery store and purchased the ingredients and made the pizza in that time. What is happening here? Why offer delivery if you are unable to DELIVER within a certain time frame. Thanks to the domino pizza tracker, I was able to see that my pizza was being ‘checked for quality’ at 7:12 pm. MY PIZZA WAS DELIVERED AT 8:52?!!! How?! Terrible, terrible service. So disappointed. Edit: got in touch with a manager, probably Brenda, and she hung up on me. Fantastic service.

Attempted to use my rewards to get a free medium two topping pizza by ordering online. When I attempted to order online the pizza only showed as free when I removed the cheese and sauce, for each topping it would charge me. I called customer service and they directed me to the store. The manager on duty EMILY said she could not help me. She suggested that maybe having chicken as a topping was the reason for the upcharge, somi tried having beef and steak, once again charged $2 or $3. So I went in store and explained this to her which her response was she can't help me she doesn't know what I want her to do about it... The hell?!?! No sense of customer service. When I walked in there was a young lady leaning on the boxes with elbows and all that the pizzas are supposed to go in and not one person greeted me. Just close this location, they serve no purpose. Can't just be taking people's money and offer no customer service or assistance. This will be my last time eating from this dominos.

I use to order here 2 sometimes 3x a week. Last Saturday one of my orders were messed up. It looked as if the pizza had been bitten. They gave me a credit attached to my phone number for a free pizza. Today I tried to redeem it over the phone and an employee would not hear me out. Instead he tried to tell me that he has no way to see it online. I asked him to let me speak because obviously he was unable to understand me. Instead he hung up on me. I went to the store to ask whom hung up on me and no one had anything to say about the way I was treated. I will not spend another dollar here. I will post a pic of the pizza as well.
