Dunkin'

I never left a review before, but every time I’ve come to this Dunkin Donuts I’ve had burnt food, poorly made coffee, and bad experience with the staff. The staff is the why I am making this review. They seem annoyed when I stay and wait for part of my order that they’ve not handed me yet, or when they give me a coffee with stuff in it I didn’t ask for. I understand a mix up on orders or a bad day or two, but this has been every time. I haven’t had a good experience here in over a year, close to two. Side note: went to McDonald’s directly after this experience and the girl saw our coffees and said, “did they screw up your order too?” So, I feel less paranoid about it just being me.

I was happy with the Associate who took my order (even though she called me 'darling') when I moved to the 'pick up' area, 3 or 4 customers picked up their orders and 5 minutes go by and mine is not brought out, 3 more minutes pass, no other customers are there when another associate asks what I was waiting for, I gave her the details of my order, received both items a few minutes later but my bagel was made with cream cheese, not butter, but I had driven away already. I pulled over, got a plastic knife I had in the car, wiped as much of the cream off I could and complained to myself all the way back to work as I ate the bagel. I give them a C- on this visit.

I ordered a coffee and 2 sandwiches, got the coffee fairly quickly and then sat down to wait for the food. I was waiting quite a while, and then noticed the person who ordered after me got theirs. So I look up and see a bag on the counter. I walk up and ask if it was mine, the woman making the food said yes. I said that no one told me it was ready, I was just sitting over there waiting. The woman working then replied with “did you look?” It’s like… come on man. Seriously? The food kinda sucked too. Coffee was fine.
