After finishing a 12 hour drive home from the holidays I was excited to order from a favorite before I moved. Food got delivered ice cold and the Philly was delivered like this. I called to talk to a manager and was offered half of what I paid back, blaming this situation on short staffed. Working in the service industry no matter how short staffed you are, you give the still give 100% to the customers you do serve. If delivery was under staffed don’t overwhelm your staff to the point of non-acceptable food.
Just picked up calzones from you guys. This is the 3rd time y'all have messed up our order. How do you charge people for extra ingredients and then not add them. It's unfortunate and inconvenient. K bye.
They Deliver late and the cheese ravioli was great ! So we’re the cheese sticks and the bread that came with the ravioli was baked fresh. Only negative thing I have to say is that they’re pretty stingy on the sauce. other than that I had a great meal and would buy here again. Delivery: Yes … More
