Mr Teriyaki

Hmm clean establishment. I ordered the kung pow chicken and my wife ordered sesame chicken. The sesame chicken tasted much better than the kung pow chicken. Packaging seems small but portions are large. I want to like it but the chicken tastes boiled then rolled in sauce. It was rather lacking in flavor. The veggies were crunchy but not diverse. My meal consisted of carrots, celery, chicken, bell peppers, and about 5 peanuts. If the average means I will get mild food poisoning. Then this place is above average but flavor was bland and texture was gross. Not worth $12 and probably won't come back.

Wouldve gave 5 stars, but guy who works here is kind of rude. He did not say anything rude, but would act like I was a bother when I asked for sauces, it was only a teriyaki sauce and two hot oils. They are the small ones by the way. I finished the one, and wanted one to go. I do not understand why this guy is so stingy with his customers. We all know inflation is bad, but he could just charge extra for sauces even though you really should get at least one free with your food. The only thing free he gives out is his attitude.

We had a big order, we got orange chicken, hunan beef, chicken teriyaki, crab ragoon, combination fried rice and wonton soup. My wife really enjoyed the orange chicken, she said it had a really good flavor and a little bit of spice. I had the hunan beef which was very tasty and spicy the way I like it and the crab ragoon was good also good. The teriyaki chicken was your usual portion size for the dish and unfortunately it lacked seasoning. The combination fried rice had a good meat to rice ratio but again it lacked seasoning. The wonton soup only had 2 wonton in it and it also lacked flavor it just tasted like oily water. We also asked for fried rice with all of our dishes and we got steamed rice with veggies instead. We'll probably come back when our usual spot is closed and now we know what to stay away from.
