Chili's Grill & Bar

We celebrated my wife 's birthday there. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They would check to see if everything was up to our standards. They made us feel very important and my wife loved feeling and being treated so special while we were there. I highly recommend this location. Parking: The parking lot was quite full and there was a constant line of vehicles coming and going to the establishment. You may have to search for a parking spot but it will be worth it. Wheelchair accessibility: They have the disability parking spots up close to the front doors. They also have some additional spots located just a little further away from the door, but where it's not too taxing on those that are disabled much like myself.

Really?? Sunday at 4pm. Have to wait for 35 min with empty seats, I get it maybe short on people but don't look like when you have 3 people just talking on the front desk.

Used app to check in line and ended up at bar since 5 families ahead of me. Service did ok time management delivering drinks and food. This location was somewhat busy since other one in next town 8 miles away closed for repair. Most food items were prepared well and temperature when received. Ribs overcooked and dry. Had to order appetizers and drinks several times and ended up taking first 2 orders as to-go since never arrived until I was paying and asked items to be removed. Delivered quickly then. I had a party of 2. Yes, just 2 of us. The bar had multiple bar seats and tables available so not sure why service was "just okay" in this section. The dining area remained busy with people constantly waiting inside and outside. Saturday 7pm-930pm. 4 stars due to - CONS: A) Ribs being overcooked (had ribs last week at other location and they were fall off the bone delicious!) B) Service at bar, less than half occupied, on drink delivery timeframe (sitting at bar, not bar table section). C)
