Place an online order for Cajun Fried Steak. It was ready as stated in the app, but was an utter disappointment when I later opened the container. This didn't resemble anything that I've ever ordered from Razoo's before. Do you use a different standard and product for to go orders vs. when someone dines in? The mashed potatoes looked like soup that had been poured into the main container and the steak placed on top. And worse, the two containers for the green beans, which was only half full and the two tablespoons of gravy were placed inside the main container on top of the mashed potatoes! I'm sure no gloves were worn while putting food in these same containers that sat on top of the potatoes. Who does that??? I would have driven back and got a refund but it wasn't worth wasting my gas and time. This one is for the trash!
5 stars for Natalee My gf & I had the oysters, Cajun Skillet, & the Jambalaya Pasta. The service was amazing, food was incredible as always, and Natalee was very attentive and willing to help in every way possible. We will definitely be back❤️
We got the Cajun Combo Skillet, Jambalaya Pasta, and Long Island Iced Tea. All was divine! I personally loved the jambalaya pasta, there was so much that I took half on a plane and had it for leftovers the next day and it still tasted amazing. The only issue was we wanted to order a lunch portion but our server gave us the dinner portion and made us pay the dinner price -- they definitely should have asked us to check. Honestly, the food was so good we didn't mind the communication error.
