McDonald's

This location is the absolute worse there’s not a time when there’s a problem. Ordered online the inside closed they didn’t bring the order out then when I finally got my food after 20 mins waiting in line the food was terrible!

For the first time since the last 2 years of me coming to this McDonald’s the lady in the back who took my order didn’t have me waiting and was surprisingly pleasant. I told her I was going to write a review so they can keep her onboard. Customer service was amazing for the first time yet the lady at the other window can use more training started cursing and talking rudely while handing me my order with no care that I heard her. Please get five more employees like the back booth lady on nights y’all will be perfect.

I’ve been going to this one for years and I’m used to the drive-thru being terrible on the weekends, slow, forgetting things, messing up orders, out of items, unfriendly, ect..BUT lately it has improved A LOT! They go much faster, are much friendlier, my order has been right, and they even remembered to add the hot mustard sauce I ask for everytime but they usually forget. They had pies which they never used to have any ready. I am giving them 3 stars for a huge improvement where as before I would’ve gave them maybe half a star before. I can’t speak about the inside since I never go in anymore. The weekdays are usually really good with the drive thru and has been for years. I think they have had the same woman working drive thru on the weekdays for a long time and she’s really good. I have three small children who love happy meals so I am here at least once a week so I definitely have experience with this McDonalds.
