Steak 'n Shake

I hate that I had to give these bone heads one star. Complete disaster of a restaurant and the people are completely incompetent. Now I know why steak n shake is closing 50 restaurants. Turn out the lights and lock the doors. It's over.

Worst fast food facility in Douglasville. Have never had a good experience here. Property is always dirty and understaffed, even before covid. Employees are incredibly rude and 98% of the time theu will get your order wrong. Do not leave the drive-thru without opening everything and checking it. Our most recent visit was our last. An employee was behind my car lighting firecrackers while I was trying to order at the drive-thru. I asked for a manager multiple times and was told I could call back the next day. I asked the person to stop setting off the firecrackers because it was scaring my kids and they told me just to place my order and get on. And of course, they got our order wrong and then yelled at us when we asked them to remake it. I seriously hate this establishment. And it sucks because I love the franchise.

Management at this location (I think it’s a franchise) must be telling employees to skimp on shake ingredients. Just know that whatever shake you get will be a vanilla milkshake. With a few chocolate shavings of whatever you asked for. We ended up grabbing candy bars and reblending the shakes at home. Sad.
