The staff were rude. The person running the register just didn't GAF about anything. The person doing orders touched several no food surfaces, then her clothes, then her face, then back to the food w/o change her gloves. Then proceeds to say I think I'm getting sick. When we told her our order (burritos, which we said twice before the above happened and we really questioned our decision to go forward from here) she sighs loudly and says but bowls are easier to make. Then due to a ton of online orders she shuts down inside ordering and starts yelling at customers. I have never seen anything like this at restaurant before. I understand staffing shortages but that doesn't excuse rudeness.
Beyond unsatisfactory experience the last 2 times I've ordered from here. I ordered a homewrecker bowl with the free chips and and separate order of the signature queso dip. Only to pay in full and not receive the queso dip whatsoever or any dip of any kind. Not a big deal if I can call in my discrepancy. Calling them however at 9:21- still 39 minutes until closing: no one answers the phone and I'm prompted to leave them a message after the tone. Only for the robotic voice to then say that there message box is full and that I cant even leave them a message. Prior to this I had ordered the homewrecker bowl as I have done to day [both times ordering that I want the meat of the bowl to be steak], but I had received a chicken bowl instead of what I had asked for. Dont waste your money here
DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY AT THIS LOCATION. I received soggy messy salads with NO MEAT. I had to drive to the location, in which, I was told by the staff that the GENERAL MANAGER made both salads and he was trying to lower the portions given to customers so the staff is being told to give less meat and other ingredients then regulated by company standard. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. The salad was soggy and messy with barely any of the ingredients I paid for to be in it. I am very disappointed and will be reaching out to their corporate office asap!
