Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Great service and very nice atmosphere, but the food is so horrible it just couldn't keep the rating above 2 stars. Shrimp scampi is as basic as spaghetti and meatballs, and if I was to trow this food is my dog bowl, I am positive my dog would've eaten it. I have had better meals with Swanson TV dinners when I was a child. I just do not understand why people eat here, and it is not cheap. I am missing something here, people please enlighten with you vast culinary experiences and tell me what I'm not seeing here, the is horrible food...

Our experience wasn't the best, we had to wait and wait for everything. When it did come our soup, appetizers were cold we had to send them back and wait and wait. We were greeted and helped by a nearby server (who was not our server) but got us drinks and tracked our server down, and checked on the issues. Her name was Hannah!!! Such a great person and server! Our meals finally came 2 hours after we first were seated only to be cold. Finally, my son who was the Birthday Boy sweet 16 asked for a Manager. The Manager came over, had our meals re-fired and took care of us. Hannah was great with all of her customers, us, and other customers around us.

The food was delicious the waitress must have been having a off day. She forgot our appetizer ( which never came) after we ate our salad. The waitress comes back around and asks if we would like our check. Hadn't even received our entrees yet. If it wasn't for the food and the bottle of wine. This would have been a disaster.
