This specific moes is absolute trash. They literally only carry about half of the imgredients as other moes, perpetually understaffed and poorly managed. Last time i went in person thsy had a lady cleaning the salsa window woth spray while the salsa was in the containers, nothing like soap flavored salsa
I placed a catering order with this business on May 15, 2022 for a Bridal Shower event on June 5, 2022. This catering order was very costly and it was for a Bridal Shower for a woman who has dietary restrictions and loves Moes. The Wednesday before my event (event was on Sunday) I called the business to confirm my order and ensure they will be delivering the food to my event. I received the confirmation. Little did I know that the day of my event, it would take me over 45 minutes to get in touch with someone and after I had over 30 women waiting for food, this "business" told me that they could no longer fulfill my catering order due to an internal miscommunication. I have called every day to receive my refund of almost $500 (which they charged my card the day before my event!) and I have yet to hear back from someone. I will never do business here again. I cannot believe THE DAY OF MY EVENT, they fall through on a catering order and then do not even have the decency to return a phone
Came in lunch time to order one of the items I ordered was Veggie Nachos. They had no veg ready so I waited about 30 min for veg. Guy had to clean the grill, cut the veg I think it just took awhile. Seemed to be talking about an employee who left and would be back soon and it had been minimum of an hour and they were not back yet, so bottom line under staffed and not enough prepped Vegetarian options: The veggies are usually lacking seems to be any time I have come to this location. I would go elsewhere but this is the closest location to me.
