Redemption: about a week or so ago I got the opportunity to eat here and didn't have the greatest experience see post below, seeing that barbecue is hands down my favorite type of food I didn't want to ride it off so I gave it another shot and boy was it worth it when ordering brisket make sure you order it moist it makes all the difference the brisket had a great flavor good smoke and an awesome bark I also got the jalapeno sausage which I got last time and it was just as good this time I would definitely recommend giving this place a try plus what they stand for is pretty awesome **************** Old post below*************** You can tell this is a chain BBQ joint. The brisket was extremely dry and the green beans were bland but the jalapeno sausage was really good. I was hoping for better food but I do love what they stand for.
Been here twice, really enjoyed the food. Service was great both times and I ended up getting a couple bottles of the BBQ sauce (KC and Smokey Mountain, if you're wondering) to take home. Prices were good, even with inflation being what it is, also the bottled BBQ sauce is very reasonably priced.
Very good food. Themeing of first responders and military is unique and well thought out.
