Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I was truly disappointed ????. I ordered kids meals and I got old and extremely cold food. I got an email saying someone would reach out- never happened. I've had Red Robin before and it was good. I wasn't there during a prime time, waited longer than necessary for kids meals. I didn't complain about that either. Close to $30 wasted. Not happy. I ordered online and confirm when I got to the restaurant.

Food was good but very poor service. We came in on Sunday evening 2 hours before closing. There weren’t many tables that were already seated so we thought service would be quick. But we were wrong. After getting seated, I had to ask twice for a server, so that someone would come to provide us a menu and water. The dessert menu on the table and the digital system were sticky. Probably not cleaned since the last guests that were seated on that table. The service was extremely slow since the servers were busy chatting with each other. Each time I needed something, I had to wait for up-to 10 mins until our server walked by our section or we managed to get their attention. The long wait for service even in smaller things like getting a refill on the sides or the drinks was very off putting and made us want to pack up and leave. Side note - The $10 gourmet meal seemed like a great deal. But you cannot swap out the protein. So if you don’t eat red meat you are out of luck and cannot get the d

Called for curb side pick up. Got hung up on twice. Phone was clearly answered both times. 3rd call someone answered and brought the food out. Order was incorrect. Container count was correct however unbeknownst to me one container was just a fry refill and not a meal. We called to report after we got home. Got put on hold mid sentence and continued to hold for over 15 minutes. Staffing levels should be addressed if you have to sacrifice customer service to keep up with the business demand 1/5 because the onus to validate the quality and accuracy of the order shouldn't fall on the customer. No customer should have to call multiple times to get a response. No customer should ever be put on hold for such a length of time that their patronage feels unwelcome.
