Elm Pizza

Elm Pizza is a very nice restaurant and the owner(s) are very nice. They are the most reasonably and frugally priced restaurant in town and they are a landmark and historically relevant. Everyone who works there is friendly and easygoing especially their owner(s). Nick cares about his customers and having Elm Pizza make a difference in Westfield. Thank you for a job well done!

Went there for first time. Good food. Unfortunately, the customer service was bad. The younger blond girl that worked the counter had attitude when asked a question and confirmation about menu pricing. And the young guy who prepped the food and said my order was ready didn't even say, thank you. These two workers know absolutely nothing about customer service and respect. Therefore, although the restaurant has good food, I will neither return nor recommend Elm Pizza to anyone. There are many more places in Western Mass for pizza without the attitudes.
