This McDonald's always claims they don't have ice cream. Now they said they stopped serving spicy mcnuggets yet their menu board still has it on the menu

Hours in their own app say open 24 hours. You order online go all the way there and they said they are closed at 11pm. Update your hours. Tricking people doesn’t help customers return. I will not be buying from this McDonald’s again.

They were so rude! I was waiting for 30mins and they completely ignored my existence. So I called them on the phone to get their attention. On the third call they finally picked up. They said, Hi this is Dunkin’. I called back to reassure them that the place they were working at was not Dunkin’. They kept hanging up every time I tried to say something. Finally around the 7th call I told them to stop lying and asked them why there signs and website all said they where open 24 hours. They seemed as annoyed as I was at this point and yelled at me through the phone saying to stop calling and to come back when it was open and that could go without eating for a few hours. Management needs to get it together! Turn the lights off, change the website hours, and change your 24 hour signs if you aren’t going to be open.
