McDonald's

We were only here because that's where my grandson wanted to eat. If you decide to go here, use the drive-through. We dined in. It took us 20 minutes to get fast food. It was dirty. 12 of the 19 tables hadn't been cleaned. I had lots of time to count them and walk around.

I haven't been to McDonald's in years but my daughter surprisingly asked to go today. I pull up in the second line. I was told to hold on. Meanwhile, a car pulls up in the 1st line, orders, then drives off. I let that go and sat there patiently waiting. After a few minutes of sitting there I said hello....I was told to hold on. By this time I'm confused. Another car pulls up in the 1st line, orders, then drives off. By this time I'm furious. I pull up to the window and ask why I'm being skipped and ignored. The man at the window said I'm the only one taking orders . I told him I understand they maybe short but that gives him no right to keep skipping over me. He told me if I wanted to place an order I need to go back through the line. By this time I ask for the manager. Unfortunately he claimed to be the manager which made the situation look a lot worse. I went here with 2 of my grandbabies the other day and it was terrible!! First off we were in the drive through AT LEAST a good 20 minutes or even more maybe, which if our food would have been even close to hot and fresh i wouldn't have minded, but that WAS NOT the case!! Our fries were barely warm at all and nasty and my fish sandwich you could tell had been sitting around AWHILE!! And was so nasty it was all I could do to eat hardly ANY of it. It was the worst thing EVVERR!! What a HUGE let down!!! You guys should be embarrassed or ashamed to let food go out of your restaurant like that when your logo is DOING THE RIGHT THING .. THE RIGHT WAY? People spend a lot of time and money eating out, we deserve better than this junk called food. I really wished I had taken a picture but I was busy helping my grandchildren and too disgusted with it all. Their happy meals were not much better either!
