IHOP

i don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was a bad experience. Insanely slow service. We got there at 10:50 and got seated at 11. We didn’t get our food until 12:45. The manager could only comp a small amount of the bill. We had super simple meals and then when our food got there it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while and was cold. When we were checking out, a couple of the workers were complaining about the other workers in front of us and other customers. Definitely will not be coming to ihop again. If you just absolutely want ihop just do not go to this one until they get it in shape, if ever

We came in pretty late and Krystal greeted us warmly! She did an amazing job checking on us and recommending items from the menu. We will definitely be back!

I was served by Krystal a overweight young lady who had a very unpleasant odor emiting from her body and this totally ruined my appetite. She was rude and sloppy and spilled coffee almost in my lap. The food was cold and tasteless and I'm seeing my waitress standing behind a back counter near the restroom eating a meal while mine was almost 15 minutes and still hasn't been presented. When asked she informed me that she has to eat too and that I'm needing to check myself and stop being so expecting that she would serve my food when she finished with hers. I'm never eating there again and being insulted as I was by this lady I'm interested in contacting the corporate office for this franchise and file a formal complaint and recommend she be dispitiline and even terminated Parking: Wade Hampton Blvd next to 5guys
