Fuddruckers

Miserable experience. Place was dirty. Waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries. Didn't even have cheese on our burgers! The vegetable trays were unkempt and empty. Won't be coming back. __________ Update: The manager reached out to us to correct the issue. Came back for a better experience. Manager claimed they changed the people and way they operate. Good to see that management reads these reviews and attempts to correct the issues.

My Swiss cheeseburger with mushrooms, onions and bacon was utterly disgusting. Onion rings were too. If I wanted plate full of grease, I'd ordered it. I truly thought I'd have a good meal. Disgusting! $17.00 No one else was eating..place was empty. Such a disappointment. Not going back.

Had a issue with how long it took for order last night but I spoke with manager Emily and she was very fast to get our order to us once she realized we didn't have our order. The paper had went out in kitchen printer and our order did not print. I understand things happen but very happy with how the team got it right quick. The food was great. The dark hair cashier was extremely nice and helpful. The manager even offered us cookies to take home. I give your store a A++++++ Vegetarian options: Black bean burger Kid-friendliness: Games
