McDonald's

You cannot enter into this McDonald's. There are very long waiting times. The employees seem like they don't want to work there. When you are waiting you are getting asked for money from the panhandlers and you also see people using drugs and seeing drug dealing. It is not always safe when you are waiting for your food. On top of that by the time you find a place to eat your food it is cold. And the food is not great to eat. I have had better McDonald's food at other places. I don't know what they have done but I don't understand how the owner can say that this place is holding up to the corporate McDonald's standards. I also don't know how they are getting away with the food service and not wear gloves when handling food and hair nets and so on. I will not order from this place again until they go back to corporate McDonald's standards. And better customer service.

The restaurant told the Uber driver that everything was in the sealed bag. The driver then told me everything was in the bag. Opened it up, and all the mcflurries were not present. Guess my kids don't get ice cream today. Thank goodness my refund for the ice cream will be here within 10 business days. Knowing the refund was coming sure made my kids stop crying....not. What a cruddy end to an already stressful day.

Staff were a bit weird. We were from the UK and they sent us to another window to be served and served others and laughed about it. Think it was because we were tourists, but we left anyway. Lots of homeless people around, so not sure if this was there way if making us feel uneasy.
