Asked for hot chocolate and they gave me lukewarm milk
Awful experience. I came here at 2 am on a Sunday but one of the employees wouldnt take my order. He insulted my 4 year old daughter and called me a racial slur. Definitely not a black-friendly McDonalds. Please fire that employee.
This afternoon, driving through, I asked for a Hot Fudge Sundae. They said the machine is down. There is no escape in the drive through if they do not have what you want. You just have to follow the cars in front of you until they get their orders. How about an Ice Cream Cone? The machine is down. A milk shake? The machine is down. This seems to happen a lot. I have experienced this same phenomenon at this location many times over the past 2-3 years that "the machine is down" Is the owner too cheap to get reliable food preparation equipment?
