McDonald's

i stopped at this location 30 minutes before i was due at work. all i ordered was 1 sausage biscuit & 1 hashbrown, through the app. i pulled up to the window, got my receipt & went to the next window. the lady said she didn’t have my order as she only had 1 mobile order & it was picked up. i told her i placed it on the app & repeated what i ordered. she told me to move to the 3rd window where i waited 17 minutes for the most basic order!!! i had to call & whoever answered yelled that i was waiting. they forgot about me! i was late to work, didn’t even get to eat. i tried again for lunch & my order was wrong. i asked for a burger with no onions. of course it was smothered in onions. like are you serious??? i do not recommend this location at all. they’re very incompetent.

They are phenomenal there. The way staff is very attentive. I heard one of the McDonald's employees yell no salt on fries no salt on fries. She said that they had to leave the salt off the fries because it was for a dog. It's always good to feed your canine fried potatoes with no salt so that it keeps their blood pressure down.

Staff has way more manner and etiquette than the manager. I noticed there was two managers on duty; however, I’m referring to the young male. I have never encountered such rude “leadership.” There was no need to be so rude to your employees let alone to your customer.
