Bill Miller Bar-B-Q

Apparently,phrases like "Thank you" or "please come again" arent practiced at this Bill Miller location.I only came here because the Nacogdoches location was too busy and a friend told me to go to the Broadway location because its always dead.Boy I wonder why?If customer service means anything to you avoid this location and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

HOT SALAD WITH MELTED CHEESE. This location has repeatedly given the wrong order to me and my husband causing us to have to go inside or circle the parking lot to get our actual order. This time, they really messed up. They served me a HOT salad. It’s as if they left this under a heating lamp or something. The cheese was melting. This is horrible and unacceptable. I’m going to file a public health and sanitation report on this location following this incident. Ridiculous.

This is place has several locations throughout San Antonio. The options on the menu are good, and can be customized. I had the chicken fingers with hashbrowns. These were good.
