Cappy's Restaurant

I was in town for vacation and decided to stop here for lunch and it was one of the best decisios I made! I had the surf and turf and it was cooked to perfection. The steak was so good and the lobster with asparagus was as well. Full of flavor with every bite and from the freshly made raspberry lemonade! If you're visiting San Antonio I definitely recommend this fine establishment

Cappy's in San Antonio TX exceeded our expectations! Lindsay served us like we were the only table. She was attentive and was always there but invisible at the same time. Pairing exceptional service with the most incredible prime rib you will ever have, and it's a huge win. Lindsay suggested a great bottle of cabernet. She knew exactly what we liked, which was perfect with our amazing dinner. Lindsay brought our experience to the next level. The GM, Keith, our server, and other staff checked on us and truly cares about the guests. We felt like part of Cappy's family! Be prepared to spend a bit more for the most incredible, memorable experience at Cappy's the next time you are looking for the best of the best in fine dining with awesome service. I've wanted to go eat at Cappy's for a few years and just never went.... What a mistake! We made reservations a week in advance for a Saturday, got to the hostess she had our reservation and we were sat immediately. Our waitress came right away and explained the menu and the days specials for us and took our drink and app orders. The drinks and apps were brought out quickly my wife ordered the Espresso Martini which I tasted! and it was awesome just sweet enough and a good amount of alcohol! I got the Vodka Smash, WOW it's very citrusy with a good amount of vodka very good!! We also ordered the crab cake which was different to me (I'm from Maryland) but it was great! Had lots of crab meat, chipotle aioli, lime cream, and guacamole! My wife ordered the Gumbo, it was very tasty lots of seafood and it was warm and comforting!
