They’re so very rude, for no reason. Attitude and looks for literally giving them business. Get off at Olive and go to the U City location. You’ll be very happy you did.

The person who took my order was rude, they didn't even give me a total and when I pulled around they didn't know what I ordered. Maybe they had alot on their mind that day. I asked the person at the next window to check on them and give them abreak. I wasn't sure if they were a boy or a girl and I didn't want to assume.

This location has significantly gone down hill over the last two months, assuming because of new management and employees. Long lines that move too slow, ordering screens not working half of the time, luke warm food, trash in the parking lot. This morning I stopped just to get a coffee. Only one ordering screen was working again. After waiting for 2-3min at the ordering screen I was finally told to pull around to the second window to place my order. There were three cars in front of me. I sat for another 5min without moving and finally just pulled away and this was not the first time.
