Burger King

By far the worst location. Im trying to order and tell them the order name and they cant hear me well because they have rap playing loudly inside. We did a mobile order. The app says it was ready. But yet they had us sitting in front of the store for 10 minutes and they STILL brought us only half of our order. And the wrong drink entirely. We ordered a chocolate shake and got coke. And the location just looks disgusting and unkept.

Worst customer service ever at a Burger King. All the kids playing on their phones, instead of taking care of the customer. Kid handing me my food ask why mad. Over 30 minutes in drive through. Only 1 car ahead of me. 5 minutes to place order 25 minutes waiting. Girl took my order handed me drinks out the window never looked at me too busy talking about how she couldn't get her cash app on her phone working.(that is why it took 5 minutes to take my order). Then watching 2 other employees playing on their phones. No reason to get upset.right! If they negative stars I would give.

Was at this location on 10/13/22 shortly after 6:00pm. Was pleased that they weren't busy. I was going through the drive thru. Only 1 car was in front of me and none behind me. I was caught of guard when I was told " I won't be taking orders for the next 10 minutes ". He actually repeated it since I found it hard to believe. No reason was offered. He sounded as if he could care less. He finally offered " Sorry for your inconvenience ". The parking lot was pretty much empty. What LOUSY customer service.
