Hate coming to this location and will not be back. Phone lines never work and take forever to make food. Ordered online today and got a 10 piece combo. Picked up my order and once I got in my car realized that the bag had a huge hole in in b/c the lid on the ranch was not all the way on and it leaked through the bad spilling ranch all on my clothes and all in my car. Went back inside and asked if they could re bag my order and give me another ranch and got home to realize they didn’t put my fries in the bag just the chicken. So I pretty much got ripped off a almost 20$ meal. Never again.

Had such a horrible experience 3-1-23 while my wife had the flu. Family 40 pack-$70 with delivery Ordered online and tried to have delivered for her and my daughter before I got home from work . I beat the delivery driver who was an hour late and left some of our order. The food was horribly overcooked and then cold. Since it was an hour late we couldn't even warm it up and make it taste good. We have been given the run around every time we call To try to get a refund or the order replaced. At this point I'm just going to chuck it up as a loss and try a different location or just be done with the wingstop all together.
