Every single time I go to this location there is a problem. 9 out of 10 orders are wrong or short on what's purchased. Doesn't matter if you go in drive thru inside or order delivery with Uber. They are determined to just sit inside and play games. I literally walked in after ordering food in the drive thru got home food was wrong had to drive back when I walked inside all employees were standing in a circle holding hands playing games. Mind you with people waiting on their food.

Management and employees look so unhappy! They gave me the wrong order. When I went back to ask for a change the employee told me to talk to the manager. A girl i think shes mexican or guatemalen. I told her my situation and she had no aign of empathy just grabbed my order and changed it. Did not say a word. When the other manager was here the older guy i think hes colombia he was soo soo polite. Give these people a raise or better training !

I rate this place with one star because today when I left work I decided to go to this great company with great prestige to find something to eat and I left totally disenchanted and with a bad opinion, all thanks to the boy who was taking the order at the window began to play with the microphone through which he answered me at the same time that he made fun of me and laughed with a girl who seemed to be by his side. Please be more selective with the staff you hire as they are a great company and their reputation depends on their workers and the service they offer.
