McDonald's

McDonald's in Magna has very poor customer service. I told you place my order and in the middle of it they tell me to order when I was ready. They also proceeded to carry a conversation with other staff while I was trying to order a second time. This isn't the first time this type of thing has happened there. After all of this I left and drove to different location. They got my order perfect the first time.

This McDonalds experience was absolutely awful!! 4/5 of my Big Macs didn’t even have delicious Big Mac sauce!! I am so Done with this place. The stalls in the restroom were unable to accompany my large body, and the toilets were unable to hold my girthy frame. The employees were very rude and said “you can’t eat the happy meal toy!” Just thinking about makes my cholesterol boil!! I need a Burger. Anyway, when I walked into the play place to have a joyous time with the children, but the employees said “kids only”, but then I said I identify as child, and promptly strode in. As I walked out of the store, the customers called the fire department because my large body had gotten stuck in the door. I rode home and am now writing this review. Don’t come here!! ????????????

Normally McDonald's is a decent experience. I mean you don't expect much. But this time it was horrible. I placed my order and specifically said a certain amount of one item. Well I get to the front and go to pay and say that doesn't sound right but they insisted it was. Well I get to the last window and they hand me my food and it is the incorrect amount. I tell her this and she argues with me. Tells me I am wrong and if I want my order correct I need to go back through the line and pay. What happened to customer service. What happened to the customer is right. I mentioned the cost was wrong and they insisted it wasn't. But then neither was my order. It's not that I wasn't willing to pay. It was that she was the rudest person. So confrontational, refused to even try to remedy the situation. Anyways since she has started working there the place is not the nicest. There are still a few staff that are really pleasant and they usually don't mess up the orders but I am honestly bitter when
