KFC

I have never found a reason to leave a review anywhere but I feel the information is good to know for people who want to go there. My daughter asked for lemonade and we got water with lemon juice in it. Not to mention we waited for 30 minutes for our food only for them to forget her fries as well. I tend to be extremely understanding as I’ve worked in the food industry before but that doesn’t excuse ignorance. The lady working the drive thru was extremely impatient and her tone was off.

This KFC has completely gone downhill. The last 3 times I have gone there they are out of coleslaw and they say they are out of Mac n cheese when in reality they just have to make some, I know this because that is what I was told tonight. They got my order wrong in the end and didn't get anything we ordered except the Mac n cheese after waiting the 10 minutes for them to make it which was barely even warm after all that time. I get they may be short staffed but that doesn't mean they need to not completely care about their customers. I've worked fast food before while short staffed and have never not done my best to make sure the orders were correct. I will no longer be coming back here again!

Soooo I don’t understand why every single time they take forever getting your order to you through the drive through. The food is fine but I mean do you really need 20 minutes or even longer to get an order ready? Isn’t the drive through supposed to be quick? That is absolutely ridiculous. Worst experience every time, so disappointing.
