Horrible experience. First online order. Won't ever gdo that again. Ordered 2 salads online. Did not request avocado on salad. It does not give you the option of any avocado or guacamole. I'm highly allergic. Got salads with tons of avocado. Discovered after 2 bites because it was buried under the lettuce. Husband took back order for a refund. They said it wasn't there fault because the order didn't say no avocado. It doesn't give you that option but apparently that's besides the point. The manager decided to give us a refund this one and only time. However, won't be back. ***UPDATE emailed them per their response to the review and got no reply. Nothing. They could not have cared less.***
Very disappointed!! Paid for my salad + tip and it was gross! Asked for no pico, barely any lettuce and the tortilla was all soggy with the extra water from the lettuce!
the best cafe rio, the food is very tasty and fresh, the store is very clean and what can I say about the staff, the best!! and with the best manager, very kind and attentive girl!
