McDonald's

I ordered 20 piece nuggets and 2 medium fries both was old, the nuggets was like rubber. I orded pickup,but went in to use the restroom and seen a employee in the restroom while I was in there she never washed her hands. Then seen her in the kitchen cooking food. Then my granddaughter was eating the fries and found a BUG cooked and in the French fries. I am not pleased at all! The last few times of coming to get food it has been cold and no where near fresh. And the service is horrible! But the big was my last!

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the history of McDonald's. Ordered food on the mobile app. I choose to go inside and get the food at the counter. 20 minutes goes by since I initially placed my order. Granted I didn't place my order till I was in the parking lot. So the order should have started being prepared as soon as I said I was at the location which was immediately. I start asking a young man at the counter about my order. He didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on but asked the grill about my sandwich. I waited 5 more minutes still no food. I finally decide to ask for a manager. A manager comes up and just started giving me excuses. She didn't once apologize for my wait or offer to make it right. All she did was offer a refund. For anyone that has worked in the food industry knows that's not making it right. That's just a get out of my face/store I don't want to deal with you offer. This McDonald’s has become a joke. It takes 30-40 minutes to get through the drive-thru, the fries are always cold, and when the automated robot cannot figure out your order; you wait another 5 minutes to get a live person. Do Not come to this location - it’s a waste of your time and money!
