KFC

Tried this kfc location today. It had been a while since I last visited and wanted some fried chicken. Well, I won’t be going back. I bought and returned the bucket of chicken. I wish I had taken pictures because the skin was falling off and the meat falling off the bone. You couldn’t tell a thigh from a breast. It was so gross. Looked like it had been sitting for a while. When I returned the chicken the lady looked at me like well, what’s wrong with it? I honestly asked her if she was kidding. Lack of customer service! She said they don’t actually “fry” the chicken anymore. They pressure cook it. Isn’t the name of your restaurant Kentucky “fried” chicken? And I should’ve known not to even go here by the looks of the place. There was a junked car parked right by drive thru. And nobody eating in the restaurant. It smelt bad in the restaurant too. I wasn’t about to leave without getting a receipt for the returned chicken. The stuff was practically inedible.

The most consistently poor service of any fast food place around! They evidently CANNOT get orders correct. On multiple occasions we have not received the type of chicken ordered.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I order a pot pie and it looked like this. Not to mention it was dry. Asked for a breast fill up and they give me a chicken breast that had no skin on it. Then the young lady wearing a dirty t shirt. And when it was time to give me my food she refuse to bring it up the counter. She stopped the other staff that was helping others to bring it to me. Then the menu says the fill up box comes with a cookie she says they stopped giving out them. I sat in the store over 20 minutes after going through the drive thru. I feel she was being rude and being nice to others. Being that I was the only black person in the store. I will never return and at truth be told they changed the ingredients of kfc. Don't go here unless you want dirty employees to help you. Then the dirty woman wanted to charge me 13.00 dollars for 6 chicken strips ???? ????
