They've gotten my orders wrong many times. It normally doesn't bother me. But when I get a mcteri and get no mcteri sauce, something is wrong. I mean I don't expect much but damn quality of workers is real bad now. And then when I call to let them know. Worker gets super defensive. 0 customer service Update:9/8/22: fiancee ordered a double qp meal. Charged for double qp meal. Gets a normal qp in a double qp box. Pick any mcdonalds besides this.

I come to this location often. I worked longer hours last night. Started home around 1030pm, I hadn’t ate and was hungry. Came thru the drive thru on my way home and I got food. This location is only about 10mins from my home. I get home to eat, all the food is completely old tasting and cold. I bought enough for my husband as well. I support McDonald’s even when others have something to say. Do better when it come to giving us food that is supposed to be made when ordered. If I wasn’t so tired, I would have brought it all back for a refund. For now on, I know you all worry about drive thru time, I will check my food while in the drive thru before leaving. You won’t get reactions like this if you do the right thing by the people supporting you.
