Joe's Grill Express

Came to visit our son’s from Texas and stopped in for a quick bite one day and we just had to come back again. Everything was absolutely delicious!!!The Haupia macadamia pancakes are to die for!!! Family also enjoyed loco moco, farmers omelet, chicken katsu, mixed plate and crusted ahi. We cannot say enough about the customer service. Definitely make you feel like family here! A Hui Hou!

Love this place! Got recommendations to try this place during our 1st trip to Honolulu and when we arrived, we were skeptical because of the location. But when we walked in, we’re pleasantly surprised. The staff were so friendly, the food was great and the prices were so reasonable! Seriously, the fried chicken, spicy crispy chicken, furikake chicken and sesame ginger chicken are so good!! How they keep it so crispy with sauce on it is mind blowing. The best part was they were so sweet and gave my daughter some rice krispy treats and had us sign their map (they have a map and you mark where you’re from and leave a name/message) before we left. We will definitely go there first thing whenever we get back to Honolulu!

A wonderful local spot. We walked over from our hotel before our flight leaving the island, and we're not disappointed. Coconut pancakes and french toast were amazing! Great service and friendly folks!
