( 3299 N. Nimitz) They don’t even utilize the kiosk options. Put in your order, but there is no table number to place on your table. And the food took 20 minutes, and we only ordered a #1 combo, coffee and apple pie. That just doesn’t equal any sense. The ice cream is “out of order” I get that it’s the motto that McDonald’s lives by, but maybe take it off the menu. no one acknowledges the customers in line, a simple “one moment, I’ll be with you shortly” makes a difference. We asked for a refund. And I never ask for a refund on food, I love food.

Lived here for 3 years. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Every single time I go there w/out fail I’m there for more than 30min and my frozen drinks are ALWAYS MELTED. I would give a negative 5 stars if I could. There is NOTHING fast about this fast food establishment. Even if you go inside half the time no one is manning the register. If I could sign a petition to close this mc Donald’s and open something else I would sign , it’s a waste of space ti say the LEAST. Do not come here , you will be late wherever you’re headed if you do.

This McDonald's looks like it was designed more for drive through operations. The drive though is 2 ordering lanes into 1 pickup lane and there isn't as much parking sad I thought there would be.
