What should have been so simple turned into the longest unnecessary experience ever! Third at drive-thru for medium fry and a Coke. After 15 minutes of waiting, I was served cold limp fries. I had the young lady replace the fries, she agreed and asked that I pull over. Waited an additional 15 minutes and finally went in. Stood at the register for 5 mins, had someone from the kitchen looked in my face, she did not say anything nor did she alerted anyone else to my presence. Someone randomly walking through noticed and turned around to assist. I explained the situation and asked that if there were no fresh Fries that I would take a strawberry pie. This should have been a free strawberry pie along with the fries that you owe me from 30 minutes ago. So much for customer service. These were all young untrained youngsters likely experiencing their first job. That's great but train them. Really really poor quality food. It was fine when a combo was 6 bucks, but I pay 10+ for a large combo that's comes out looking like doo doo. Portions and quality have all diminished while prices continue to go up. Please make it make sense. I included photos from my two visits this week. One was a chicken sandwich combo(more like chicken nugget sandwhich) and a quarter pounder.

Paid for two orders the double line is a mess, manager says come back later to get refund better year just come get a meal????too busy to refund my card so I go to get the coverage and no ody knows the guy. Poor McDonald's accusing customers off wanting free food. Not worth it for me , McDonald's is so broke they need the money
