Chick-fil-A

Food was good, staff was kinda up tight. Do not try to use a gift card at this Chick-fil-A as for some reason they do not accept them..

I waited in line for 10 mins to place order, which was ok. When they started calling people after me to pick up order, I asked when mine would be ready. That was after 10 mins, at 15 mins said waiting on fries. I find it difficult to believe that none of those orders had fries, possible but not probable. At 23 minutes& still being ignored standing at counter, I asked for a refund. Never once did they check or try to fill the order, just refunded it. Customer service was awful, didn't care one bit, offer any kind of apology, nothing. That's what floored me the most, guess that's common business standards for that location. What a waste!!

It's a pleasure to eat in or go through their efficient drive-through. The food is reliably good, healthful, and reasonably inexpensive. The workers are always polite and pleasant. Parking: In spite of a double ordering drive-through line, there seems to always be room to park. There is also a separate parking area for those who have ordered on the app to get delivery by an associate. Wheelchair accessibility: The parking is wheelchair-accessible.
