Taco Bell

This Taco Bell i visited twice and both experiences was terrible. But this last time i visited put the cherry on the shake. The store was completely understaffed and was very rude to not only the customers but to each other. I secondly want to say that when another customer informed them of the unfit bathrooms and that they needed to be attended to further acknowledgement was not given.Lastly, i would like to say that i observed the restrooms myself and unfit the did seem. Also i can say that during my first visit employees was very rude as well.

The wait time was ridiculous . 30 + mins Supposedly since mexican pizzas returned it is making wait times longer. That's b.s..They should prepare more proficiently( especially on a Saturday evening -630pm).Also made one item incorrectly...it was not vegetarian which was repeated twice.

There is a 50/50 chance you are either going to get your food quickly or have to wait 15+ minutes. I have gotten the correct food 95% of the time. The guy that works the register at lunch is super friendly, however some of the other kitchen staff can at times act like you are annoying them asking for sauce or napkins.
