I work right by this McDonald’s so I come here very often. I usually never leave negative reviews, but this McDonald’s has messed up my order almost every single time I’ve gone there in the last couple years. I really don’t ask for much and I make it very clear while ordering because I know this has been an issue previously. I would like regular honey over honey mustard and I ask for extra pickles on my burgers and every single time they put no pickles and give me a honey mustard instead. I know they are very busy at lunch but they don’t take the time to actually read the order. It’s always correct on the receipt but the workers see the word “pickles” and just assume it means no pickles when in fact I’d like the exact opposite. I understand this is something small but it gets very annoying when I have to get out the car to get the correct things I ordered or get back to my office and what I ordered is always incorrect. I feel extremely rushed there. I don’t ever get a second to open

THIS location was the worst drive-thru experience I have ever had. Extremely long wait- no one was answering at the speaker and was rude when they finally did. By then everyone behind me had already started honking, and even shouting outside their cars. Someone even drove over the cone which blocked the first drive thru lane in order to bark his order at the speaker. I have never seen so many angry and aggressive customers in a fast food drive-thru before. Very disgusting behavior, considering the area this is in. It was pathetic, uncomfortable, and unbelievable to see people act like this... I rarely leave negative reviews. McDonald's needs to add more staff since this is actually not the first time I have had to wait long in the drive thru. Then, when getting my food, the staff on duty appeared overwhelmed, disorganized, and frantic. I will never come here again.
