Glenview House

Very good food & wine. However, chardonnay wine was listed for $11 and I was charged $12. Wonder how many others were overcharged?

If your from Glenview nothing is better than Glenview House; if you've not been in years it got a face-lift. A great date night option or a fantastic place to enjoy your time with your people. The drinks, apps, main dishes & desserts are an added bonus. Luke P was an absolute pleasure to have as our server. From the time I sat down Luke went out of his way to make sure our party had a pleasant time. Definitely ask for Luke & enjoy your time at Glenview House.

Nice people, service is well-intentioned if not always attentive. Food menu is limited and, having been here a few times because it is in my hood, nothing to write home about. Back patio, when it is open, is pleasant if it isn't too hot, but overlooks a parking lot and train tracks. Front patio is on Glenview Rd if you like looking at traffic when you eat, but, unfortunately, this is not uncommon in Chicago/Burbs. Ok pub food and bar for a change of pace but not on my recommended list.
