Came through at 4:30 a.m. Says it's open 24 hrs. Pulled up to order food. Waited 7 minutes. No one answered. Went to drive thru window there were people inside. Multiple times I have gone there in the morning and they have been closed. No sign. Just someone on the intercom saying we are not serving at this time. They need to let people know if they are going to be opened or closed by a sign.
10 out of the last 10 times I have visited this location, milkshakes have been "unavailable" or the machine is broken. Why are milkshakes still on the menu if (a) the machine has not been serviced or replaced (b) inability to get the syrups replenished or (c) maybe tell the employees to not use either excuse and just make the milkshakes! If I decided to tell customers that I was out of something in order to not have to do an aspect of my job, I wouldn't have customers or a job to go to.
Waited at the drive thru behind another car to order for 10 minutes and no one ever said anything so we both left. Only one car at drive thru window. That was the last straw. Ended up going to the McDonald's off of Friendship Road and they were busy but fast. Won't return to this one. Too many close enough to avoid this one.
