I am updating the Original post below to reflect that Chili's is trying. The good is still great, Ashley is always fantastic as our wait staff, but people need to get back to work. Restaurants cannot maintain keeping doors open all day without dedicated management and staff. Many have chosen to only open for dinner on weekdays, no lunch. I hope this Chili's doesn't need to do that as it is my favorite go to place. Thank you too those staff members who have been working these last few years. We appreciate you. Original post early 2022: Chili's in Flowery Branch needs new management that actually manages the restaurant and a 2nd manager for staffing. I like the staff who have been there day to day during the last 2 years of chaos, and appreciate their service and attention to detail with my picky order. The ole saying is.... If you wouldn't eat it don't serve it!!!!! My waitress was fantastic and attentive. They really need to hire new cooks at this location badly. My cheese dip was curdled up ,and the quacamole was almost brown. And damn sure don't order the box mac -n -cheese . My six year old took one bite of it. I did takeout about a month ago prior to this visit and it was gross. Thought I would give it one more try, and this was my last time! Give the waitress a raise, and please find some cook's. I have been in the food industry for over 30 year's and I have never left a bad review.

Worst visit, if you don’t mind the drive go to Buford or Gainesville for a better quality food and service. This is how my visit when, I called at around 9:45 pm to ask if they was open, they said yes until 11:00 pm we drove 16 min, when we walk in at 10:18 pm “the hostess” said WE ARE CLOSE! i explain to her I called in before coming and I was told you guys close at 11:00 pm, she then said ok and took us a party of 5 to a table, waitress come over asking for drinks I told her we are ready to order food and drinks since you guys are ready to close, drinks, food and dessert was in at the same time, we waited 10 min for our drinks, (we understand she was the only waitress available) so no pressure we understand, after a few min another table walks in got served in les the 25 min when I ask our waitress she said, oh they only order a salad it’s quicker than what you guys order they got a salda and some other appetizers, we still trying to understand why they got served be for us. We fin
