McDonald's

I am so, so utterly sick of McDonald's. Every single time I try to go to a McDonald's in the Cleveland area, I have a terrible time. This is the first time I've been to this McDonald's location. They asked me to pull up to the third window. I have been waiting here for ONE HOUR as I've watched 40 cars get their food behind me. I am still sitting here right now. My order was not complex - a couple plain cheeseburgers, some nuggets, fries, a bacon quarter pounder - pretty standard McDonald's food - so what in God's name could possibly be the reason for this? Look, I'm a patient man - a very patient man, actually - but an HOUR? Are you kidding me? I do not blame the employees. I know they work really hard. I blame the MANAGEMENT and I blame CORPORATE. You simply cannot let this happen. Absolutely unacceptable. I am sick and tired of having experiences like this EVERY time I try to eat McDonald's. You need to change this.

Service was slow,lack of employees probably is the cause. Overall McDonald's has slipped a lot in service,food quality and customer service.lmprovement is definitely needed. I hope ???? it gets better in the future. … More

Grubhub driver order was not correct and the wait was very long. McDonald's is the worst place orders are incorrect 95% of the time and a very long wait in almost all of these places.
