Good pizza but slow workers. Manager even gets orders wrong. Makes you wait to order and doesn't get order on made on time
To start, never placed my order from the app. Of course they said it was the apps fault. Asked for a refund, was told the manager has to give the refund. Waited for over 20 minutes for the manager to show up and then to be told they can't give out refunds. Questions, why wasn't I told a refund is not part of their policy instead of waiting for 20 minutes to be told by the manager, who drove to the store. So, the manager on payroll is out and about instead of handling and insuring all orders are being taken care of. And from that failure, I can't get a refund. Great policy Pizza Hut
My experience went without flaws. My pizza was hot and fresh. Staff was polite and professional.
